I currently collect and store the following information:

· Contact Details (phone number and or email address)

· Photographs of your vehicle

How I get the personal information and why I have it.

All of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· To contact you to discuss appointments.

· To attend your place of residence or work to valet your vehicle.

· To send invoices for work undertaken.

I may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

· Friends or contacts that you have agreed verbally or in writing can pass your details to me. 

I will use the information that you have given me in order to make contact with you regarding the services I offer.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your consent. You give clear consent for me to retain your personal data for the purpose as described above.

Contract: This process is necessary for the contract, verbal or written, which we will agree to allow me to valet your vehicle at your home or workplace.

Legal obligation: The processing is necessary for you to comply with the law (not including contractual obligations).

How we store your personal information. 

Your information will be stored on a business laptop and in written format that will be stored at the above address.

This will be stored for the duration that you are continuing to use my services.

Your information will be deleted from the computer and hard copies shredded if you notify me that you no longer wish to use dpctwenty21 and would like you details removing form my customer database.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
