Terms and Conditions V.1 

Prices

1. Prices displayed the website are for guidance. Individual vehicle(s) pricing will be discussed and agreed with you prior to any work commencing.

2. You shall pay ‘dpctwenty21’ the agreed amount in full upon completion of the work on the day your vehicle is completed.  

Timescales      

3. dpctwenty21 will endeavour to complete the work in the timescale agreed.

a. If dpctwenty21 cannot complete the services on the designated day will arrange for the services to be completed on the next mutually convenient date.

Cancellations

4. dpctwenty21 will require minimum 24hrs notice to cancel any booking. 

5. dpctwenty21 reserve the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty, but where possible will inform the customer.

Care and Liability

6. It is the customers responsibility to remove all personal belongings, money and any other significant items of value from the vehicle prior to any work commencing.

7. dpctwenty21 will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings that are left in the vehicle.

8. Insurance of your vehicle is at all times your responsibility.

9. You are required to disclose to dpctwenty21 any defects, damage or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services, prior to commencing with the cleaning process

10. dpctwenty21 will endeavour to take all reasonable care of your vehicle.

11. However we will not be liable for:

a. Damage or loss to you or your vehicle resulting from acts of third parties who are neither employees nor agents.

b. Damage or loss to your vehicle caused by lightning, flood, severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war or military operations, national or local emergencies, anything done by Government or other competent authority, or industrial disputes of any kind.

c. Loss or damage to you or your vehicle caused by us attributable to defects, damage or weakness in your vehicle which were not disclosed to us by you (irrespective of weather such defects were known to you). Other than liability for death or personal injury arising out of our neglect acts or omissions.

12. Old or non original paintwork can be damaged by the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated to dpctwenty21 prior to commencement of the cleaning process.

13. dpctwenty21 will not accept liability for damage to polished metal finishes that are not protected by a lacquer unless dpctwenty21 are made aware of this prior to the commencement of the cleaning process. 

14. No liability or responsibility will be accepted for any claims of damage to work undertaken after the job has been completed by dpctwenty21.

15. Vintage and older cars may have weaker plastics and dpctwenty21 agree to provide the services totally at your risk in respect of older vehicles.

16. Child seats must be refitted by you the customer, dpctwenty21 will not be able to re-fit seats under any circumstances. 

17. Please note that residue polish and other cleaning products can be slippery and extreme caution should be exercised when inspecting or entering your vehicle.

18. You will be liable to dpctwenty21 for any death, injury or damage suffered by us or our staff attributable to any defect in your vehicle, or any harmful contents.

19. You will confirm that you have a spare set of keys for your vehicle and that dpctwenty21 will not be liable for any financial loss or damage to you or the vehicle by our losing the keys or locking them in the vehicle.

Refusal of Service

20. dpctwenty21 reserves the right to 

a. Refuse or deny and booking or continue with the service if the customer is deemed to being unreasonable.

b. Right to refuse the customers demands above the agreed valet.

c. Will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances.

Social Media 

21. Please note dpctwenty21 may take before and after photos of your vehicles for use on social media etc. Number plates will be obscured. If you do not wish your vehicle photos to be used please advise us beforehand.
